Global Competition 2022 COVID Must haves for Entry prior to arrival in Qatar
Fans arriving at the Global Competition 2022 in Qatar must have had a PCR or antigen test prior to arrival in Qatar
- The PCR test must have been taken within the 48 hours before arrival
- An official rapid test (antigen) within 24 hours.
Note: According to organizers for the Global Competition 2022, Rapid antigen tests will only be accepted if they are from official medical centers and not self-administered.
The negative COVID-19 result should be on a tracking app and will be needed for entry to the country.
Contact-Tracing app needs to be downloaded on mobile devices
A Government run phone application that tracks the movements of people and their infection status for those over the age of 18 must be downloaded. The tracking app is called Ehteraz

The Global Competition 2022 organizer said that a green Ehteraz, that shows that he/she does not have COVID-19 will also be needed for entry to any public closed indoor spaces.
