In an interview with ‘Inside Fighting’ channel, Shaquille O’Neal showed his eagerness for McGregor’s return and downplayed the fact that the fighter had been inactive for a period, betting on an exciting comeback from the Irishman against Michael Chandler.
McGregor’s return was officially confirmed when he was announced as one of the coaches of “The Ultimate Fighter” in the 31st edition of the reality show, alongside Chandler. The season airs from May 30th to August 15th, and the expectation is that the two team leaders will face each other in an exciting fight in the second half of the 2023 season.
