LeBron James, the leader of the Western team in the NBA All-Star Game, left the All-Star Game early last Sunday at the Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City.
During the second quarter of the game, LeBron James, star of the Los Angeles Lakers, suffered a hand injury after tapping Pascal Siakam, power forward of the Toronto Raptors and member of Giannis’ team.
Due to the injury, LeBron did not return to the game after halftime. With 13 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist, LeBron James had to leave the game early and the severity of his injury is still unknown.
Despite the injury, during halftime, LeBron was honored for breaking the record for the most points in NBA history. He was recognized alongside legends like Karl Malone and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who held the record for nearly four decades.
