Scheduled to take place on November 11th in New York, UFC 295 is gearing up to be one of the most talked-about events of the season. For those who wish to get up close and personal with this event, which features the showdown between Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic for the heavyweight title, some fans will need to invest significant amounts to secure a ticket.
According to information available on the ‘Vivid Seats’ website, the most expensive ticket for UFC 295 is priced at an astonishing $112,236.80. This seat is located very close to the octagon that will be set up in the iconic Madison Square Garden.
According to ESPN, the most expensive ticket sold by the UFC this year so far was $31,730 – which means that the priciest ticket for the New York event costs significantly more than the highest-priced ticket sold previously, which occurred during UFC 287 in Miami back in April under the presidency of Dana White.
There are several reasons to explain the high value of this ticket. In addition to the significant interest in the bout between Jon Jones, widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time in MMA, and Stipe Miocic, seen by parts of the mixed martial arts community as the greatest heavyweight in history, the event takes place in New York, known as the financial hub of the United States, and at Madison Square Garden, one of the world’s most iconic and traditional venues for sports and entertainment events.
