Real Madrid emerged victorious against Barcelona with a score of 86-79, maintaining a perfect lead in the Spanish league with three wins in three games played. Diagne stood out in the game, contributing with nine points and eight rebounds.
Surprisingly, he was included in the starting lineup in the match against Barcelona, making him the second youngest player in the history of the Spanish club to play for the senior team.
Diagne hails from Senegal and joined Real Madrid at the age of 13, where he played in the club’s youth categories. He even earned the title of MVP in the last Junior Championship of the Madrid community.
