Just like Paulo Borrachinha, Darren Till expressed his opinion about the ‘MF & DAZN: X Series 10 – The Prime Card’ event that took place last Saturday, on the 14th, in Manchester, England. The former British UFC fighter was present at the event and backstage, he criticized fighters Dillon Danis, KSI, Logan Paul, and Tommy Fury.
In the ring, Logan Paul won over Dillon Danis by disqualification, while Tommy Fury maintained his unbeaten record in the sport by defeating KSI by majority decision. However, Darren Till was not impressed with the performance of the main protagonists of the event.
During an interview on the YouTube channel “The Schmo,” Till strongly criticized the quality of the boxing displayed by the quartet of “bad boys” and expressed surprise at the low level of the fights. He made it clear that the only reason he would consider participating in an event like this would be the significant payment that these athletes are receiving, as they were never in his focus previously.
Darren Till, aged 30, is going through a challenging phase in his MMA career. He has lost three consecutive fights and has won only one of his last six bouts. Although he mentioned that he plans to take an indefinite break from combat sports to recover, he denied any intention of retiring.
Having been in MMA since 2013, Till holds a record of 18 wins, five losses, and one draw. In 2018, he reached the peak of his career by competing for the UFC welterweight title (77 kg). Some of his notable triumphs include victories over Donald Cerrone, Kelvin Gastelum, and Stephen Thompson.
